Bollywood Cardio
Bollywood Cardio is a mixture of some Bollywood dance moves, hip-hop, and traditional aerobics as well. Add a bit of Bhangra, a bit of Garba and zing it up with Salsa - you get Bollywood Cardio!!! The focus is primarily on getting a great workout, but it's so much fun, you get all the benefits without the boredom that comes with traditional exercise. AND, YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE!

TurboKick™ Cardio Kickboxing

TurboKick™ Kickboxing is one of the hottest kickboxing class around! This program is led by our "certified" TurboKick instructor, Melissa.
